Hey all - long time Wbody owner, first time Grand Prix owner here. Just replaced my 2000 Regal GS with a 2006 Grand Prix GT. It's got high miles, but it's pretty clean over all, is mechanically solid, and most importantly is rust free (which is hard to find here in Pittsburgh). Couple pics:

I also currently own a 2012 Impala SS (stock except for a tune with HP Tuners) with the direct injected 3.6L. In the past I've had the aforementioned Regal GS with bolt-ons and a 2003 Monte Carlo SS that I supercharged and modified pretty well (went 13.0 @ 111).

I've pretty much been a life long gearhead. I currently also have a supercharged 2005 Mustang GT that I'm hunting for high 10s with. I've done all the work (including the tune) myself.

Loving the Grand Prix so far. Plan on doing the usual light bolt-ons and enjoying it as a killer daily driver for the wife and I. Also plan on reading here and contributing when possible.

Welcome to the forums. That's a clean looking 06, nice catch. Needs some tint and it'll be set. Then it's time for mods, lol..

Thanks! No tint for me - no real need for it and would rather avoid police attention. I've got mods for it already - they're on my broken Regal still. I'm going to throw a PLOG, 3" off road downpipe, 1.9 rockers, and MPS on it. I'll probably rig up a fenderwall intake or something too. Just the typical basics to make it a little more enjoyable.
