Hello I am new here and happy to find others that share the love of the GTP's. I own a 98 Grand Prix GTP, 4 door and I have the same problem many do with the start and not running issue and am getting alot of help full data from these forums. I have a Haynes manual for my car and it doesn't have anything on a fuel pump resistor, but from what I have read only GTP's have them (pre 2001). The previous owner was a woman and all she had done was fluid changes and nothing more. I have changed the plugs, wires, coils , fuel filter and the TPS. Next is the fuel pump resistor and the EVAP. Other mods later, might even rebuild the engine or upgrade to a series III from a 04 and of course body and suspension upgrades. I love the feel and look of this car and hope to keep it for years to come.
