Hey everybody,

first off i do not have a grand prix...YET!! I have always liked the styling of the 97-03 model...so im in the market for one. I will be posting in other forums with things to look out for and hopefully once i get mine will be able to offer my years of tinkering with things as well.

i live in the kansas city area...so if anyone on here has a nice ride they want to get rid of let me know!!!

well, Jayray is my company...a noncreative fusion of me Jake and my wife Rachel. so you get jayray. i repair commercial fitness equipment. mostly at clubs, parks and rec centers, so on and so on.

as far as those gtp's. they look great, the problem is we just had a little one, so i have a mandate that it must be a 4 door. plus, it is going to be the wifes daily driver...sooo, im kinda stuck. i still looking.

did you see the gtp on craigslist that someone posted about it needing a tranny and having hail damage. i'm starting to think this could be a good option. low miles and he wants 2100 for it today. im thinking a tranny is 1500 from the guy on here, and then its relatively inexpensive to have hail popped out. i also know it needs motor mounts and has some oil leaks...but what car 8 years old doesnt have oil leaks....you know what motor mounts would cost?
 
Actually, ask around about the transmission on here. I've read things about this guy who does really awesome work for the people here. I'd check it out
