Hey Guys, I'm new here to the forum, I was doing some research trying to find communities specific to Pontiac Grand Prix's and you guys are it! The forum also helped make my decision to buy an 06 Grand Prix GXP only a few days ago. My name is Payton, I am an 18yr old male, car enthusiast, motor head, and have had and dealt with Pontiacs pretty much all my life and that's why I chose the Pontiac to be the first car I actually bought. Everything else has been hand-me-downs. So that's a little run down on me, just wanted to say hi!
 


Thanks for the welcome guys! I meant to ask the question of "What should I do to prolong he life of my car?" I have read that the trans coolers are good as well as the shift kits. Any Thoughts on which is more important? My car has 60,012 miles on it and I want it to last. And being 18...well...we all know how most 18yr olds drive. ;)
 


What kind of cooler should it be? I have read that the Hayden coolers are good. Particularly the 1404. Should I go with the 1404 or the 1403?
