my girlfriend recently bought a 1995 grand prix. lets say the dealer sold her a lemon. the second day she brought it home the radiator hose had a crack that cost 20 bux plus labor. i know i could of done it myself at a fraction of the price. i recently did a complete overhaul on both rear disk brakes, pads, rotor and caliper. few weeks ago she got a 2 flat tires and 2 broken lugs, that cost me 200 bux. and just last week transmission which i think is about to go. ive put almost 600 bux in the damn car which has 131k miles. its kinda not worth it to even attempt to fix it since the car is only worth 900 bux. She bought it as a last resort at a buy here pay here joint, she still has 1 year left to pay on it.i told her to stop paying for it cause im tired of wasting my time and dough on that money pit.
 


First off, welcome to the forum. Happy to have you here. How much is left owed? Would it be worth it to use it as a POS trade in and get a newer on. Considering what payments that are being made, plus the money your having to dump into it not knowing if your even going to make it to the end of the street. Just a thought.

Welcome to the forums! my old 95 coupe was like that too. I ended up putting 3 motors, and 4 tranny's in it. I like the cars.... jst wish I had kept mine and droped a 3.8 SC in it.
