Hello from RI.. Electric problems.. Help !

1995 Pontiac Grand Prix. Here it is. Car shuts off all electric goes dead, then starts, as soon as you turn the lights on or put the brakes on it shuts off. I have checked the battery voltage... alt is putting out 14 volts. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks
