Been a GM guy all my life.

Unashamedly gonna mine you guys for knowledge about these cars!

Just inherited my Mom's 2000 SE 4DR.
She was a car enthusiast also and will be glad to see it in my OCD collection of toys
It will serve as my primary to work and everyday driver including winter unfortunately
Have a Challenger R/T (the only Dodge in 30+ years) and an '06 Chevy HD diesel 4WD Crew (16K miles)

the car is absolutely a 9+
always garaged
58K miles no damage ever
recent Tires, brakes and oil change
always maintained

it is Redfire metallic
and has the WideTrack Smart Pack:
remote trunk
cruise
spoiler
rear seat pass thru
pwr driver's seat
cargo net
and the 16" lace wheels (which amazingly enough are in 9+ shape also)

I have the window sticker in front of me, and every receipt ever for the car.

will post some pics when I get it totally minted and all the other fluids changed including coolant and brake fluid!

I can tell it's going to clean up damn near new
I like this kind of project!

there is ONE spot of rust on the entire car and it is a silver dollar size bubble of cancer on the flat underside of the rocker, pass side in front of rear tire

also ONE plastic lug nut cover is missing...source other than GM

what size are the lugs? I've always hated those GM plastic covers, maybe just put some chrome lug nuts on?

and what's the deal on pic posting? your attachment box is different than any of the other forums I belong to. Keeps failing? Do I have to resize? No auto resizer here?
