I just sold my modified 95 1a2 caprice police wagon.
I wanted to buy something more practical. So I started looking for a w-body with a supercharger. I found a black 99 regal GSE with a 158k on it for $1500.
It needs tires, HVAC control, driver info center, and front brakes. Other than that it seems to be all there and working. Keyless works when it wants to. The remote checks out fine.
This is my first w-body. It has less power than my caprice, but is nicer all around in terms of driveability, and comfort.
Plans are to get everything working correctly, do some simple maintenance, make sure the intake manifold gaskets have been changed, and mod the crap out of it. Probably will do headers, exhaust, CIA, air to water intercooler, and some programing to start, along with any other supporting mods for the mods listed. Not looking to go to crazy, as this is my everyday driver.
I do however hate the wheels. I will be looking for something factory gm in a 17" to run either a 225-55-17 or a 235-50-17
