Hi all new to this forum for Grand prix's but been on other car forums for several years so I know there is alot of knowledge on here. Just upgraded from a 2007 base model to a 2008 base with alot less miles and there is a "buzzing" sound from under the center of dash front of console. Sounds like a slow speed fan, or disc drive from a computer. It does not speed up or slow down, and starts immediately after key is turned to run position. I have not been able to track it down. Any ideas?

Not real familiar with that year since u have a 99. But I did find videos on YouTube of that year when I was changing out my blower motor. Even with the key out of ignition it showed it still screeching, I'd look into that.
