Headlights??

So, I am driving along in my '07 GP, get a "ding", and my headlights shut off. Worked the on/off switch a few times...nothing. Pulled into a parking lot and shut off the car. Restarted it and they came back on. Any ideas on if this is a relay, switch, short?
 


Check your hdm in the fuse box under the hood. This literally happen to my buddies gxp. We replaced it and no more turning off. 30$ at an auto store.
