A week after i bought my car my passenger side headlight went out. So i changed it and now there is this big gap. Anyone know what how to fix it?

Most likely one or more of the flat tabs on the back of the assembly is not in place. Take the capsule back out and try again... :th_biggrin2:

I have tried everything. I put the tabs in and out and when i put the right tab in the slot its supposed to go i cant even put the bolt back into the left side. I sat there for probably almost an hour tring to figure it out but i cant.

My only guess as well would be to make sure that both tabs on that headlight are in the slots all the way and properly. Also make sure there are no plugs or wires in the way anywhere. If you simply pulled the headlight, replaced the bulb, and re-installed it I can think of no reason why it would not be the same as before.
