Headlights Stuck on - car off

Hey guys, I noticed my headlights were on in my garage last night with no keys and the lights on auto/off. When I went out to check, I only got them to turn off twice, once by locking the doors with the remote and once by just locking and closing the door. I checked a bit later and they were on again; I was hoping they would turn off after 15 minutes or so but that didn't happen. This morning my battery is not able to start the car, what the hell is going on that my lights are staying on by themselves? Glad i have the day off.

Relay sticking?
swap hi and low around....I think they are the same.

Take out the relay and Btch slap it.
 


I replaced the HDM module because it was the only thing I could think of. I read on another forum that someone had found the issue to be an issue in an/the ignition switch.

Can anyone shed light on how I can determine if this is causing the issue, and if so, point me to any additional information? Thanks,
