Headlights and taillights

Hello, I am looking to do something with my head lights and taillights, they all don't look that great. I have been reading around and saw everyone saying to retrofit a set of headlights, is that a difficult or expensive task? Also, I was looking into doing the taillight tint, but isn't it illegal? Is there anything that you guys can suggest? I am only 16 and I am on a limited budget. Let me know and thanks in advance.
 


just get led tail lights one of the best upgrades imo. retros will cost a lot close 250 atleast and will take time.
 


I agree with the tailights I got same ones love them look great on car! I also got black housings great combo.
 
Not sure on the black housings, never bothered looking at them because I was more worried about function than looks.
And +1 LED tails. I love my LED tails.
 


By faaaaaaaaarrrrrrr lol They're obviously the most expensive option but output and quality is improved....by faaaaar
