Headlight Switch

Can someone explain the best way to troubleshoot the Headlight Switch? All my cluster lights will not turn on and I changed out fuses and did everything possible and even pulled the fuse for the DRL and still nothing. My last resort is possibly the Headlight Switch but I just dont know the best way to check it out to see if this is whats causing the problem.:confused:
 


Instrument lights are commonly on the same fuse as the tail lights to alert the driver of the tails being a problem.
