headlight switch issues?

I think there's something wrong with the stereo in my car or the headlight switch or something... every time i turn the headlight switch to parking lights or lights on the bass gets a lot louder in my car... any ideas?
 


They have nothing in common with regards to wiring, something I've never heard of. You have monsoon?
