Headlight question

Ok do I have been looking at replacing my headlights. I had replaced them when hyper white lights but I feel like they are lacking in the visual and performance. Here are my questions.
Are yellow bulbs better than white in dry and rain?
Hid or Led or halogen for a moderate price?
How do you replace the high beams on a sealed housing or will I have to replace the whole complete thing?

vvme.com sells hid kits for our cars, they are pretty cheap depending on what kit you would like to go with. im ordering the 6000k headlights and 12000k for my foglights, they are le $40.00 a set for the bulbs, and ballasts

As for the headlight housings, if they are cracked or yellow, just replace them with a set from ebay for cheap. they have "projector lights " you can buy, but some of those look cheesy IMO

It's a 1995 with the inset seperate glass housing. I'll try to post pics tomorrow. I have pilot pl-203w to replace the fogs but the hook up is for a 9006 for low and 9005 for the high beams. I was looking at the nokya 2500k hyper yellow bulbs just to kinda get by for a while. The lights I have in are weak when it rains to the point where I nearly can't see because there around 8000k or so. I don't really want to shell out 100+ dollars for something that Isnt really designed for my car but I'm tired of the cheap knockoffs that aren't worth there weight.

The only thing that makes me lone and hate this car is the fact that there isn't really any supplier that makes or has made parts for this car. Anything that I want to do I either have to fab my self or pay some one to fab it for me and that goes from head light housing to body kits.

Aftermarket support didn't really step up with our cars until the 97 model year. If it bothers you that much get a 97 and up.

That being said you can still do alot with any car with out aftermarket tack ons... Rims, exhaust, tint, interior mods, Spl, vinyl, engine bay...

All it takes is some balls and imagination.

So I think I'm going with some JDM yellow lights. Seems to be better for bad weather and so on. Hopefully I'll have pics soon of my prix.
