Headlight Issue

Car is 97 gp se. I recently ordered a headlight assembly for the driver side and also ordered some ge nighthawk platinum bulbs. After installation, my passenger side has a better output of light while the driver side is somewhat scattered to the point of me not seeing the road. Ive tried using the adjustment screws but no luck. Any inputs?
 


Is the the right bulb actually dim? if thats the case clean and check the connections. If the light is just not being distributed properly by the housing check to make sure that the bulb is properly installed... other than that idk. more info would be nice
 
Any extra info that i can think of is that i purchase the driver headlight from rockauto which is oem stock. The passenger side was purchased some time ago (new) from a junk yard. Its more slimmer and gives more of a direct beam pattern. Other than that im stumped!
 
Late update!!! : Sorry for bringing up old stuff but im took a look at my lights when i notice my driver side is darker on the inside than the passenger side smh. Im heading to the store now. All grounds have been cleaned with wire brush and wire brush with drill...this has to be it. Will get pics as soon as i install photobucket again
