Headlight capsule adjuster screw

We have new used capsules and one of them is missing the adjuster screw. Is it possible to remove the screw from the old capsule and install on the new?

Never mind. The big gray thumb screw looking thing is a plug with an oring. I assume this is a vent of some sort.:th_shakinghead1::o
