Headlight adjustment screw question

couple months ago i bought a pair of headlights off ebay and the passenger side screw is stripped it only gets a couple of turns and then you can see the beam fall and have to adjust again it never went high as the driver side can you replace the screw or have to get a new headlight?

what i meant was the driver side is perfectly fine i can adjust it to what i want with no problems and havent had to adjust it but the passenger side is different it wont move up as far as the driver side if will go half way and then drop then you have to adjust the light will the screw is almost in then try to get the light beam to match up with the driver side but i havent had no luck yet :( and i got the headlights off ebay so i dont know what brand they are
