• The site migration is complete! Hopefully everything transferred properly from the multiple decades old software we were using before. If you notice any issues please let me know, thanks! Also, I'm still working on things like chatbox, etc so hopefully those will be working in the next week or two.

Only new one is the first set...the others have been around awhile.

if I had the money...I'd get ZZP's...but I'd never spend that much money on headers for a WBody.

My personal choice would be getting SLP headers, new or used. I love them. Hoiwever if I had to choose from the three it would be WBS.

I've tossed up info on headers and installs in the past, and it never seems to get old. Here ya go.

SLP's/SD's: Very easy to install, the slip fit is great. Ensure if you have the SD's that you plan for the O2 hitting the side of the tunnel/firewall and you pick up the band like torca clamps. FWIW I love to do the installs on these two types of headers.

Togs: Installers nightmare of headers. At least the ones I've done. The flange for the crossover to rear header is right at the trans dipstick. You have to bend the tube, then have three people on hand. One on top, another on bottom of the flange and a third to get the beers. IMO having the donut and flanges is bad, they are in the exhaust stream, a slip fit is nice flow IMO.

WB/ZZP: honestly they look basically the same for shape to me. Overall an easy install like SD/SLP's without surprises. However the ZZP EGR relocation is a bit unnerving. You must bend that EGR tube a good amount and those tubes crack just being bolted to the LIM. Bending is not my favorite part. Otherwise.. good install.

TOGs install is kind of frustrating when you get to installing the crossover - the bolts are in the least convenient places possible. Then, once you get it installed, you have to re-tighten everything from underneath the car after it's heat-soaked a bit.

Honestly just save a few hundred and buy speed daddy headers. I spent an extra $40 on gaskets and clamps and have no problems.

Anyone see the WBS downpipe yet?

WBS downpipe, v-band and no retarded u bend in the dp!!!!!

Pacesetter made the EGR tube in the rear header too small/shallow. Had they changed one simple thing the EGR would have fit like it came out of the factory.
