So drove the car to work and noticed the noise on bumps as well as take off. Same EXACT noise everytime so got to work popped the hood and rocked the car in park to make the engine twist.

Sure enough its the poly mounts squeeking against the metal dogbone lol. So thats my noise issue solved i hope gotta buy synthetic grease and take it apart and lube it all up.

I also noticed the bushings are squashed and have alot of play so poly bushings should pull the engine back.
