i got old, old sd headers, they also dont leak, also didnt use one drop of rtv. installed 2 times now, zero issues.

stock i was up to 8 psi, after headers 5 psi, explain that? with stock pulley. sounds like they improved flow if the boost dropped 3 psi.

i had 1.95 rockers and a u bend delete before the headers, still had 8 ish psi boost.

now with the bottom swap i made 6 psi on the stock pulley. same rockers but a mild head port job and them old ass headers. add the fsic and im on a 3.2 with 8 psi.

on 93 octane.

They are pretty much famous for leaking.

Could be a number of things. Partially clogged cat. Change in weather. Belt slip. Blower losing efficiency. With the limited info, the sky's the limit.
 
ok but how does everyone loose 3 psi??? just stop already.

and the leaks, installer errors. or in the cases where the cross over pipe is not bent right.

You're still here? Maybe go back on this thread and do some reading, and you'll see what proof I've posted.
