Also, I'm still working on things like chatbox, etc so hopefully those will be working in the next week or two.

Header Install

I've done a good amount of header installs

2 sets of TOG's. IMO the worst to install because they want the dipstick messed with and that rear crossover flange bolting is a PITA for one person.

3 sets of SD's Overall if you get different clamps, reuse stock gaskets, switch flex and plan around the O2 hitting the firewall/tunnel edge, I like these headers.

1 set of ZZP's Not a bad install, didn't like the bend that needs to go on the EGR tube due to how thin these tubes are and the back one that gets bent is the integral one to the pedestal. Break it and you are picking up another EGR pedestal. Actually left the Wizzaire intake on the car during this install.

3 sets of SLP's By far my favorite to install. They slide right in for the most part and have great clamps as part of the install kit. Fitment is great. Too bad the flex needs to be swapped out before install.

1 set of Pacesetters. Did these on a 4T60 toting 96 Riviera. Not a bad install as the owner had the best sleeve clamps he could buy with the goop inside of them. Two downfalls were the trans case (4T60 is slightly different) and they really do need to be welded.

Bill knows his ****, put my SD headers on within minutes when doing the transmission install. Didn't do anything special no fancy gaskets or rocking of the engine. Used band clamps, notched the dip stick so you could rotate it just slightly and pounded the firewall in a bit. I suggest highly to mock up the headers and take a marker and mark the underside where the o2 would hit and hammer the living **** out of it. Mine barely hit when in reverse after pounding on it for a while and I've left it like that and had no issues.

best install for headers: S&S.

i hated TOGs with a passion when i had them on my car so i opted for a brand new set of S&S so they would fit how they were supposed to the first time.

Once I had my pacesetters welded...they are awesome. Once they were welded that is...after welding.
