Header install question almost done!



Does anyone have a link to the bolt pattern/ order of which order we use which header bolt? Pulling the rears I didn't do a good job tracking as I was just excited to get them out!

Runnin into issues with the front, im starting to think I should have seated those first....

The issue is no matter how far I drop the sub I cant get enough room to clear the front passenger side header post


And to top it off this guy is a PITA


Any suggestions, do I just need to rock the crap out of the motor and wiggle it in or do you guys have any tips?
 
you cant push the engine back to the fire wall any further? then hit the cross over with a rubber mallet to seat it in the other pipe there.

thats kinda how i recall Bills how to read.
 
So I can let that sub frame drop as far as it can go? Its just tough getting room for a mallet gawd I hope I dont have to dismantle the rear header I felt so accomplished after finishing that up!
 
Yeah im stuck on this front header... I just cant get this header to clear the studs to mount up. How hard is it to remove the radiator........
 


Im down to try that but im so new to motors I feel like id do more damage then good if I start fishing around a prybar. If you were to recommend a location to prybar would it be like below the crossover against the tranny?
 
Is it possible to stick the pry bar in the cylinder 1 on the header and use the that upper dog bone mount/coil mount as a pry spot, then push the headers out and then down to line up the bolt.

Update, im almoset ready to fire this bad boy up but I cant get the dog bones to mount up??? Nothin is jacked everythin is mounted and no matter what I cant get the dog bones to line up! Is this common?

Heh it means im still hella newb status and forgot to lower the car on all fours... Shes all buttoned up and fired up first go, a lil tranny oil burned off since I pulled the tranny dip stick. Aside from that everything worked out great she sounds like a beast with the whole ZZP back setup! Cant wait to put up a video for you guys. Ill give a few days to settle in. Only thing I forgot to do was the downpipe gasket to the res but that will take a second later this week.
