• The site migration is complete! Hopefully everything transferred properly from the multiple decades old software we were using before. If you notice any issues please let me know, thanks! Also, I'm still working on things like chatbox, etc so hopefully those will be working in the next week or two.

It can leak. Beacause its a cheaper single walled flex pipe.

You can buy a doubled walled ZZP 3in flex pipe, take it to a place and get it welded up in place of the old one.

Its what I did.

just checked zzp and they only have 42mm and 2 inch flex pieces? are they just out of stock or do they not carry the 3 inch anymore

if you did some reading, you'd already know the SD headers come with a v band clamp and some crappy horse shoe style clamps.

And that you need to buy two 2.25in band clamps and two 3in band clamps and use the v band clamp with the headers.

ZZP site says they come in 2in, 2.5in and 3in sizes, but you cant click on the 3in size, call them or email them and figure out why, or find another site that sells them, 3in x 6in long.

Zzp is currently out of stock on the 3" flex pipe per email i received from them a few days ago.. They said they should have more available in the next few weeks.

i read it was 2 2.25's and 2 3's but didnt know which style i needed. thanks for clearing it up for me though

So im in the same boat as you, with SD's you need 2x 2.25 and 2x 3in BAND clamps, a new flex pipe ( to safeguard leaking ) and new gaskets?

But if they're in bad condition get new ones? As for the flex section, since zzp is out, where should i order a new one thats double walled n stainless steel?

I got my Speed Daddys and I had a terrible time with the crossover pipe, the ends just did not line up correctly. I ended up forcing it and the whole thing is in a bind and not sealed properly. I plan on fixing it soon, I ordered the cutest little flex section for the crossover pipe, 4" oal. Has anyone else had trouble with the crossover?

Also they hit the fan motor and the front O2 hits the tunnel. 2004+ will need about a foot long wiring extension for the rear O2, I just soldered and shrink wrapped in an extension with no issues. Tranny Dipstick had to be bent way over toward the drivers side to clear them.
