Having wiper issues...

OK I've replaced the motor, replaced the wiper switch in the column, and replaced the arm that has all the wiper controls, checked the fuse and has power there, checked the plug at the motor and can only get power to one pin and that's not even 12 v... I've been told there is a relay some where but can't find it... btw 96 gp GTP

Figured out the wipers but now the rear defrost and washer pump doesn't work... lol a little help please???

Now it won't pass smog inspection in CA... check engine light out and has thrown 5 codes... already figured out what they are... now to figure out what caused them... po300, PO410, po441, p1870, po102... and the hunt begins... lol
