Yup with a good driver the Grand sports can crack 11's. However it would be pretty close with a Boss 302 and Grand sport.
 
i've seen what i believe was a stock grand sport run 12.6... the new mustang is stout but idk about a 12.6 out of it

as for 4.6's... i've taken a handful of them. in the cobalt.
 
stock grand sports should be more than mid 12's. stock ls1 t/a's should be doing that. im sure the new mustang is in that territroy.
