Haunted Windshield Wipers?

Has anyone had this happen, and if so, what's the fix? Wipers won't stay "parked" when stalk is in "off" position. Wipers work fine in all other positions. Is this a switch issue or a wiper motor issue? Would like to know before tearing steering column or wiper cowl apart. Thanks!

Looks to me like the parking pawl is bent on the drivers side and it can't figure it out. Common issue. You have to pull the wipers and cowl cover to access that. I think there may be another cover on it but you should be able to search it out here for the fix.
