• The site migration is complete! Hopefully everything transferred properly from the multiple decades old software we were using before. If you notice any issues please let me know, thanks! Hate zzp!!!!!

Ok I ordered my 3.6" pulley on 07/07 and was expecting them to ship maybe thurs or friday. My order status went from pending to "In Process" on 07/08. Ok so I think they will ship it out the next day. i go and check the status and its the same. I call zzp 3 times through out the day and left a detailed messege with my name order number and call back number. I also send an email. On saturday I call them ans leave a messege. I also send another email. I figure sunday is closed so I call back monday about 5 times and go ahead and send another email. So today I call them and finally get a ****ing person. She asks for my last name and order number and I give it to her. She then tells me " Oh that pulley was out of stock and we are waiting on our supplier, i dont know why its taking that long, maybe theres people off or on vaction" So then I ask her the obvious question, why didnt you update the website to say that the pullleys are out of stock? Then I get a smart ass remark, I do not update the site nor do I care about fixing it. Good bye


F U ZZP THIS IS THE FIRST AND LAST TIME I WILL EVER ORDER FROM YOU.

I could have gotten the pulley some where else and had it today!

Thats what I thought. Looks like zzp orders the modular pulley system from some where else and brands their name onto the product
 
probably. i bet its some company in china....same company they get their "timken" wheel bearings from :th_liar:
 
there is no way in hell ZZP does their own machining in house for all the parts they have, be realistic.
 


ugggghhh I still hate them! With all the complaints shouldnt they be like better by now or at least have this redone on ther website "We dont offer same day shipping on orders placed before 5pm and extremely low prices. Give us a try and join the thousands of unsatisfied customers"
 
Actually I've dealt with ZZP's customer service quite a few times now and have never had an issue with them... they were always very professional and courteous on the phone. I don't understand why some people have such bad experiences with them.
 


HA!!! timken wheel bearings, my GTP ate up those bearings in one week of a NYC winter. i emailed them saying they can handle the ZZP drag car but not a NYC winter, now i got my WBI bearings from summit and a much better bearing
 
I called again to see if i can cancle or yeah just cancle my order and of course no one would answer

Dude, Whoever I talked to was NOT professional at all.

More like a guy who would say dude to a customer, or "yo man, how can i help you"

It was FAR from professional.
