Do I need a special tool to put it back on or cam I just tighten it with my socket wrench until it starts turning the crank??
 


No tool needed, just line the key way up right and start to tighten the bolt.

An impact is the best way, otherwise you can lock the flywheel with a vise grips and go it by hand.
