Half Boost

My car is only making 4-5 lbs of boost. no engine codes, and the dic only displays half of the available bars. I'm at a loss of what it could be. I put a new BBV on and did the solenoid delete, I adjusted the BBV so its pushed all the way down.

I've checked for vacuum leaks and havent found any. I'm wondering if it could be a bad MAP or a bad MAF. I 've also noticed a small amount of oil that has sprayed from someplace on the front of the engine possibly from a faulty valve cover gasket, but im not sure if its related.
 


Feel free to shoot me a picture of how the vacuum lines are set up on your blower. Still have my number from our chat the other day?

I can already see the problem.. That hose connecting the BBV to the gold T-fitting is causing the issue. You need to remove that hose and cap off the T-fitting on that end. You can leave that part of the BBV un-capped. It won't be an issue. That will fix it!
