I met up with a v6 mustang and he kept slowin down and speeding up in the lane aside mine so I figured I'd have some fun and I punched it and took off, he took off after me but didnt catch me. Met up at the next light and traded :th_thumb-up:... went again and it was pretty even from the light, 3rd light though... the road was wet and I guess I got a little too ahead of myself, spun em bad when we went, I felt like an idiot, it was embarassing :th_tongue2:, then we split ways, lol.

Dont get a lot of friendly action around here so it was nice to come across a guy just out for giggles instead of some aggressive jerk trying to prove he's got a pair...


So that was my fun for the night!

nice. i got wasted by a cobra today. would have faired a tad better if i had a bottle in but no matter. having said that the guy was friendly at the next light. i gave it all i had again and he just pedaled me. at the next light gave me props and said he wasent expecting me to not dissaper from his sight entirely. haha. not all stang drivers are dicks, just poke lmao
 


I raced a termi last night. Guy was jelly I beat him so at the next light he got out of his car and walked up to mine looking for a fight, his girlfriend at the time was yelling for him to stop because she noticed the awesome amount of test and muscle mass I have. I got out of my car, beat the guy down, and his GF hopped in my car. Then she gave me some VIP yucky while I was driving home.












True story.

99-04 'Stang had the junky 3.8 Ford V6...

'05-'10 V6 cars were 4.0 pushrods...still crappy slow...

'11+ 3.7 DOHC all aluminum V6 pumping out 300 to the wheels stock and run well into the 13's and waste cars here with ease? You can run my old man's bolt on '11's V6 if you think it has no balls ;) As well...no 3.9...anything.

The 4.0 V6 cologne motor used in the S197 mustangs is a single OHC. It did originate as a push rod though.

And I know I've said it before, but you guys shouldn't sleep on the 11+ V6 mustangs. I recently posted a video here of an 11 V6 running damn near a 13 flat with a couple bolt on's.

As much as I hate to admit it, V6's will be the future imo. Between what most of consumers want and gas/govt. BS it's most likely V8's will become less attractive in the long run. That's why I get all excited when a new design of V6 comes out, it really is amazing to see a new mustang or a G37/370z keep up with LSX and other V8 cars. Will they sound as good as a V8? most likely not, but slowly but surely they will be more "mainstream". IMO
