As soon as I read the first post I thought to myself, this guy has got to be about 19 or 20 with his attitude, as well as his lack of knowing just how hard twin charging is. I click his profile and lo and behold, 20.
Go turbo or go home. Let's not forget the transmission to handle a boosted LS4 is going to cost $3,000 to $4,000 alone.
Just reading this thread, it sounds to me like the kid read about someone twin charging a car somewhere on Facebook and decided he had to do it too.
i think what he meant was a twincharger, you know those electric superchargers they sell on ebay.
Those are legit, my cousin Bobby Jimmy was saying how well his worked after he added another car battery then modified the blades to work like a pin wheel, he had to use some duct tape and some snuff to hold it all together, so the car smells a bit like tobacco when you really get on it.
Two power adders........
What the **** do you call a supercharger and turbocharger, then?
We might as well call it compression charged with your track record.
That is two power adders as well. You're basically saying it's a thing to call a car with nitrous "boosted" lol.
Two power adders doesn't make it twin charged, necessarily, but twin charged is of course two power adders.
Yes, that is twin charged, and also two power adders. Nitrous plus forced induction does not make something "twin charged". I do not understand the confusion here.
Nitrous and supercharged or turbo is two power adders, but is not considered twin charged..
