To me a perfect wheel would be 5 spoke with nothing stupid and no lip. But no one makes those...

lol whats stupid and a lip makes a rim sexy....my old cobras are pretty much what you are talkin about i bet....the "stupid" cobra will disappear quickly i promise....
 


stupid being having 5 spokes being solid then split into 10 then back into 5.

A deep lip yes, but a small one no.
 
Someone was showing me pictures of a mercury or Lincoln SUV with wheels like the ones i described there.

Any combination of lip can work, with wheels its a very case-to-case basis, but thats the trend I see, small lips usually come with a not so great wheel.
