Yes update lol... so the gtx still runs but is down long story short is the day before I went to change my oil my filter gasket went out and let out my oil while driving to work, I didn't see and bow I have a bad head gasket or cracked head. I parked it that day and now the 40th is just about done, I took it to my buddy's Alex who helped me with my gtx build we got the car almost running I'm just doing a few lose heads I have to wire in the l67 injectors to the 40th and do a tune for the top swap. I'm going to drive the 40th with a 3.4 set up until I get some cash together to fix the gtx heads. Now on another note I picked up a motor 0 miles in a crate for the gtx, the guy gave me a lot of stuff supercharger with 3.0 pulley from zzp, intense computer for a 97, 60 injectors, ported throttle body, brand new struts in the box, SD headers, zzp stage 2 axles, a lot of stock parts and to top it off he said he's not sure but he was told the motor has a turbo cam and Dimond pistons. Now I can see it has ported heads and push rods, but I haven't looked into the motor yet, but all the other stuff he gave me was from his old set up he said and he sold the grand prix. Even if it's a stock block it's good to have laying around but if it does have a turbo cam I might consider going turbo for the gtx:), and again sorry for the no updates pictures are coming now

I don't know if you remember my pit chief but he came out to play with me today





Going to paint the T and the Pontiac in the same color to tie it in its a silver mitalic blue, guy gave me the wrong color but I kinda like it going to see how it looks

Not sure if you can see it but it has a nice flake to it now

Changed out the n/a fuel lines to braided so no more 90° bend

Changed the injector plugs and cleaned up the wiring
got the headlights in the mail, they are amazing

I need that GTX hood the GTX wheels the front bumper from the wide body setup and fenders.......... You should send me a pm for the pry it out of your hands price.

The gtx is my pride and joy, and the wide body kit also has the back bumper but it's going on the gtx I don't want to spend 2000 plus shipping on the kit lol

0 shipping have trailer will travel........ Kit id only want front bumper and fenders anyways the rest would never be put on.

It would be a waste of the kit then, and no I don't want to have to spend like 3000 to get a new one

I got the 40th up and running, need to do a few things like change out the tie rods, wiring in the radio, swap out the bad doors with the new ones, hook up the down pipe, and do a tune for the ported to and lq4 maf. It has the gtp pcm with everything except the l26 bottom end, I have the dhpt I have to put it on my girlfriends computer still and learn it though.

Why the engine cover? You painted everything to cover it up? It's a heat trap, lol. Everything looks good! Hydrodipped retros aren't my style, but they look very well done!

kinda just wanted to see how it would look, I don't mind it, I had thought about painting it the same as the dog bones the black with the flake in it, and then paint the red the silver, but I don't know I normally take it off

put on the strut tower brace I had laying around.
I also started to put the body kit on the gtx:)




Swapped out the bad doors on the 40th just need to get the bottom Molds on but looks a lot better the the side swiped ones

don't mind the transmission fluid one of the lines had broke so that's getting swapped out here soon

I have some new 40th tips but I might put new mufflers on with them
