GTP Wont start first time, Stutters when punched.

So my GTP takes two times or even more before it'll start, Fuel pressure issue im guessing but also i realized when i tried to punch it that it stutters a lot too, Could this be a Fuel Pump orrrr?? Where should i start?
 


Could be fuel pump, fuel filter, or fuel pressure regulator. Pull the vacuum line off the pressure regulator and smell it. If it smells like gas you probably need a new one. Also if you haven't changed your fuel filter in a long enough time to not remember, it's time to do that too. They're cheap.
 
Don't have the tool to check pressure, But i pushed down the little nozzle type thing on the fuel rail to check the pressure and no fuel at all came out, So the pressure leaks out pretty fast and when i go to start the car it has to build it up, but when the car is running it runs ok unless i punch it.. what do you guys think? i was told by someone it wouldnt be the pressure regulator.. u guys tell me
 
My Crank Position Sensor just went out on my and cause some funky issues. It's basically what tells your PCM where to set your timing. might look into that as well. 15 bucks on rockautoparts.com
 


Fuel pump is next. Only other thing in the system that is responsible or fuel pressure. Pretty sure you can rent a fuel pressure gauge at autozone or oreilly's
 
if you can find the part # for just the pump, not the whole sending unit, they cost under 50 vs the whole pump unit as a whole.


is a easy swap too.
