GTP vs Comp-G suspension

Ok i know its been asked before and I remember reading it.. so I feel dumb... What is the difference in the suspension between the Comp-G and regular GTP of 04-05. Also is it worth upgrading to the Comp-G setup? How expensive we talking
 


Better yet... now that I did find another thread that said it wouldnt be much of an upgrade.... Would all the GMPP stuff fit on the 04+ body style? everything on the site just says 97-03
