GTP vs Chrysler 300

I am on alot of forums because I am a car enthusiast. Plain and simple. I am on vette forums, various pontiac forums, mustang forums, and obviously several mopar forums. I am not trolling anything. In my home forums, I actively participate in knowledge sharing, information gathering, life experiences, etc. This forum is the only one where people treat other people like garbage. While the information I gain from this forum isnt directly applicable to my chrysler, I might have been able to get some more hints on proper launch technique at the track....maybe tips on getting the 60' time down, etc. I just dont know why this particular forum contains so much hostility. The only conslusion I can come to is that the maturity level in here isnt as high as it is in the various other forums I participate in. If anyone else has an idea, please share it with me. Anyone want to tell me why every single time I add anything to this forum I get nothing but flack from the mob? The only reason I stopped by yesterday was because I got an email from gpf saying I havent been around in a while. Obviously my input isnt welcome here...thats fine. If anyone is interested in finding me in the future...look here www.ctsvforum.com. I am but a couple months away from paying off my 300C. I intend to trade it in on a 2010 Black Diamond CTS-V when I find the right deal. I understand no one will believe me and everyone will call me a dirt bag, lying sack of sh*t, etc. The reality is that I will be driving my CTS-V by the end of July at the latest....and you guys can keep telling bs stories about how your 240hp cars keep ripping V8's with over 100 more hp. I may stop back from time to time to see if anyone blasted an 09+ CTS-V with 556hp. In this forum, anything is possible...as I have come to see during the unfortunate time I have wasted here. 04+ has 260hp stock, not 240. Your story is unraveling brah.

To be frank, you might as well skip the CTS-V and jump for a Z06 vette.

Lighter, and nearly as much power stock.

And thus faster.

This is a perfect example of what I was talking about!! This is the pure definition of the problem with this forum. Lets examine this please. I have been labeled a pitiful retard. That is the first time I have used that word in probably 25 years. I am not talking **** at all. I was just pointing out my next purchase...thats it. I really wanted to see if someone had some bs story of how they kicked the crap out of an 09+ V. I am sure there is someone on this forum that has done it...with a stock gtp no less. I could understand if someone was talking about some car they will never own....say a GT2 Porsche or something...the thing about the V is that in a matter of 45 days or less….I will own one. I am not some kid dreaming about buying a car 20 years from now. I would buy it tomorrow if I could find the right one at the right price. I am sorry that I ever got involved in the forum. I came here hoping to learn something. That is exactly what I did. I learned that this forum isnt worth my time because its populated by people like you. People with a chip on their shoulder. I'd just like to point out that none of us really agreed that the 300C was racing, and in fact most of us pointed out that if it were the GP would have lost. If that's not enough for your nut swinging idk what is, we pretty much gave this thread to the 300C yet you still insist on attempting to discredit us. We know what these cars are capable of and what they're not, we don't need you coming in here like you run the show.
