gtp vs. bmw and VR6

two separate nights. all 4 races i won. the bmw was by at least 3 or 4 lengths. the 30-100mph vs the jetta was closer but i still had him by 1 or 1/1/2

BMW 326Ci looked at least like 01 or 02 w/ manual trans
went to deserted road did two runs 0-100mph and 30-100mph. he seen my tail lights both times. then claimed he was new to driving a stick car. but he wanted to put money on this race before we left the parking lot haha. i haven't seen the car around the campgrounds since.

97 jetta VR6 manual trans
a friend of my sister's pulled into our driveway with his fart canned VW and seen my GP. he then bragged how he beat his friends 3.4 modded 02 GTP all day. we did the same thing 0-100 then 30-100. when we got back he asked me what kinda pulley work and stuff i had done. i think him and his friend cried on the inside when i told them it was a 100% stock 05 GTP.

i can't wait until i actually have money to make it even faster. there is this nice SN195 stang that comes to my campgrounds that drives around like he's king sh*t. probably got nothing under the hood though.
 


nice kills. race the stang anyways, if he's stock, you should at least be close enough to knock his ego down a little. 3.8 SC is on the same level as the old 5.0
 
Old 5.0's...and even the Non-PI 4.6's were junktastic. Stock for stock the GTP should still win. '94-'98 Mustang's were 15 second cars.
 
Race the SN195... there are 2 styles if its the 98-04 bodystyle. My friend had one, it wasn't factory supercharged and was slower than balls. Looked great sitting still, sounded good too but no balls... he traded for my buddies 99 stock vette, because the vette was faster

If you hear a whistle then you should be close, if not, you betta win :th_laugh-lol2:
 
What's an SN195?

SN95 = 94-04
S197 = 05-present



Like blue said, npi 4.6 GT's 95-98 and earlier should be easy for you. New edge GT's, 99-04 should edge you out stock for stock. S197 GT's are a no go.

SN195 is a Saleen produced version of a Mach1 mustang. Had the body kit and Saleen stuff, no supercharger.


EDIT... I retract my statements above... Slow made me question myself, so I got to looking at info... my buddy had a S281 Saleen... Not sure what a SN195 would be lol
 


sorry i ment SN95. stang looks about 99 or 00 body style. she says her stang is 3.8 V6 "with lots of modd's" i didnt hear a whine as she drove away but exhaust didnt sound to bad for a V6.

i wish i knew more about the BMW i raced i thought for sure he would have walked all over me. it was a 326Ci. i know Xi means AWD on BMW's
