Welcome, to GP Forums. Sounds like you have the same situation I have. going to school with no money and a GTP that needs mods. You better get those headers on quick though.

Welcome!

Also if a 3.4 pulley is all you have on the car you might want to scan for knock! You need more supporting mods than a CAI for it.

welcome man im in the same boat going to school for autos in college with a gtp that rapes my pockets for more modss muuuhahaha ha welcome bro

well i got the headers on and it sounds like sin! i love it! it responds sooo much faster and i have some seriously noticable gains.

Well u saw gains cuz with that 3.4 pulley u really needed some exhaust mods. Most guys on here will tell u a pulley swap should be way down on the list of mods. But u should look into a bigger down pipe or u bend delete also. That will help. Plus I just got my new pcm in and it made a big difference. Cheap upgrade too. If u can find used parts that's really the way to go. I got my pcm for 80 bucks from a guy on here and I got my 3" downpipe and plog manifold for 60 bucks. Just gotta be patient when lookin
