GTP stalling while accelerating

Have read some things about this, but haven't found what I'm looking for yet.
My '99 GTP sometimes won't accelerate while driving, then the battery and oil light will come on. I pull over, and shut it off, then wait a bit, then its starts fine. Also sometimes when waiting at a light the battery light will come on then it will just stall!
Just changed the battery, and the fuel filter, someone please help!!!!
 


Alternator could be going bad, i'd have that tested. Also check fuel pressure, Your fuel pump may be getting weaker and eventually will go out and leave you stranded.
