GTP Shutting off

Ive got a 99 gtp. it starts up fine . i run it about 5 miles and it just shuts off. it will crank but not start.if i let it sit and cool down it will start again. any ideas would be great . my car is sitting in a parking lot right now. had it happen one time in my camaro and it ended up being the icm. thank s for any input
 


Any Check engine Light? and sputtering, or does it just shut off, any other lights(ABS, TRAC OFF, anything like that)
 
Sounds like the ignition module may be bad. I have seen a lot do that. I believe the ignition module is underneath the coils on these cars.
 
well i got it fixed. i unpluged the mass air flow sensor and it started right up , as soon as i would plug it back in it would stall. went and got one , no problem. thanks for all your help guys. i never would have thought a mass air sensor would shut a car off .
