GTP Rough Idle

Hey everyone,

So, I've noticed a few things while driving my car and am hoping that I could get a little direction on what the possible problem(s) could be and if they're related:

- somewhat of a choppy idle - when the car is idling, it almost seems like its hesitating. The rpm's only fluctuate about 100-200 rpm but its noticable (the car shakes a little bit when it happens)
- backfiring after a quick acceleration - ex. speeding up through a yellow and once I let off the gas, it backfires
- hesitation/boggy-ness upon acceleration

The car has a stock pcm in it, I had the cat removed this summer but it never tripped a code. Could it be something with the oxygen sensor?
I picked up some electric contact cleaner and cleaned the MAF as well but that didn't seem to help the problem much.

ive had 2 of the same problems when i would get on my car to go threw a light than let off, it would sound like its backfiring, i ended up having a 3 inch downpipe (catted) and it doesnt do it anymore. the choppy idle is most likely a vacuum leak, i still havent fixed it, its on the list, and the hesitation, is probably a MAF sesnor if it bucks feels like its gonna stall etc.
