GT5

LOL party weekend.

I would have actually played forza 3 more but my buddy NEVER wants to yet he's the only buddy i have who has it.

Do you have to fix the cars outside of the races? I know at the end of FM3 races you have to pay out of your winnings for all the damage you caused to your car. Reason being is I am biting the bullet and getting a PS3 after XMAS...I want to be sure I just can't go out and buy a used PS2 with GT4 and hook it up to the high def...and be just as amused. Granted...I've seen the interior views...any glitches with the speedos or stuff like that? KPH/MPH differences in the speedos? I know Forza was good at doin' that...like the Supra would only go 180 kph...what is that...110 mph? LOL How lame.

Want a used PS2?

This is mostly also Ps3 vs 360 fanboy opinions. I haven't played GT5 so I can't judge.
I've played both and IMO i think forza's is more realistic when it comes to driving but GT5 looks better. Each game has its pros and cons but they're both worth the money. This isnt a big deal but the thing about forza is when you change the cars wheel width it doesnt look any bigger, My iroc came with 235's and i changed them to 315's and it stayed the same and looks stupid...especially with a Blown LS3 in it.

Forza 2 was good at the wheel width thing...one other thing I didn't like they didn't carry over from 2 to 3...brake caliper paint...I was like wtf over.

If you look closely, the rotor and caliper get further away as you change wheel width. So I guess forza shortens the axle or something? Either way it's weird...

I just liked on FM2...you could put a what...485 tire on the Grand National :D Now its what...a 285? Lamesauce.

Yea. What turn10 could do is not take out content, abilities, and cars from previous games and start with some fresh stuff. It made me mad that the chrysler ME 412 and several other cars were taken out for forza 3.But nyway im very happy with forza 3 although a few things lack but only wish they get it good for forza 4.

As of now, the next Forza is going to be for Kinect...
But yeah, Forza needs to do all that, but not the way GT does it. GT5 takes ALL the cars from GT4 as-is, and then slaps in a few new ones. The new ones get the cockpit mode, the higher-poly count models, and premium additions, like changing rims and such.

All of the cars had to be remodelled with higher poly counts and higher res textures.

Lots of time, but i would have preferred instead of stupid things like 9 camaro's and a million dahautsu's at least a couple porches and LESS CARS BUT BETTER MODDING AND VISUAL MODS.

actually no it doesnt.

there isnt any title i'm aware of that does that for PS3.

Go ahead, say PS3 sucks. I'll just beat you over the head with it for saying such a stupid thing in a thread... about a PS3 game.

I still thing gran turismo 2 was the best one lol. and forza 1 was the best forza just because the online play had seriously intense scoreboards for car clubs and stuff that they didnt carry over for FM2 or FM3 for some reason.
