• The site migration is complete! Hopefully everything transferred properly from the multiple decades old software we were using before. If you notice any issues please let me know, thanks! Also, I'm still working on things like chatbox, etc so hopefully those will be working in the next week or two.

i know its not all that impressive but i figured i'd throw it in... 98 gt, stock except for intake took down a 2000-2002 toyota camry le. i BLEW HIM AWAY from a dig. we went again from a dig and i let off at about 40, let him catch up a bit and then got back on it and he got his nose up to about my door before i started pulling on him again and at this point we were doing about 70-75ish. makes it a little more special to me cuz im real close friends with the kid and we always talk smack about eachothers cars.

Last summer when i was completely stock i took a ford explorer from a dig. dont know that much about it or remember that much besides he had some suspension work, about a 4" lift and MAJOR exhaust work done.

now for some future racing, i got another kid in school who thinks he can take me in his 97 honda accord, and yes, it has V-TEC :th_nervous: i quote from him "your car slow, mine is stick" sooo i looked up the specs on his car, it said 140 hp at 5500rpm and 150 ft.lbs at 4500rpm. is that really all the v-tec engine puts out? he wants to put money on it... id beat him from pretty much anything dig or roll correct? and i mean completely blow him away...

Haha. Depends on what motor is in it. I had a honda del-sol with a b16 which is dohc vtec beat my stock gtp....I whip his ace now :)

One thing I would do...and it is CHEAP...is get your U-Bend taken out chief. It'll get rid of any knock that GT might have since your bringing in more air than you can probably get rid of. Also...flip your stock motor mounts...and if you got a few extra bucks...go get a lower temp thermostat...just to keep things cool.

i think i got the accord in the bag too.. and i want sd headers i just need time and money to buy and install them. same thing with the t-stat. its kinda a pipedream at the moment but during the winter i'd LIKE to topswap but idk about all that we'll have to see.
thanks for the input/complements

Almost as bad as the guy who put forged pistons in and said they gave him more power when they lowered his compression...

Well he just needs a VERY LARGE CAM for his HIGHLY PORTED HEADS.

Then he might make over 200 WHP.

which a GTP + i/c can beat.
