Grinding noise coming from rear upon acceleration

I keep getting this stupid grinding noise coming from the back somewhere when I accelerate usually happens around 2000 or 3000 rpms. Not sure if its the tranny and it just sounds like its coming from the rear. I put my car in first and gassed it and it still made the noise so dunno about tranny, It's super annoying, anyone else had this problem happen before?

I checked didn't see any hangers loose and would a bearing only do it upon acceleration instead of turning?

Bearing would do it pretty much all the time
