Those look like some modded street scenes, the moulding isn't factory nor street scene.

Those are GPO grills. Most people wear them without anything underneath.

i have a broken set i have to fix just haven't been motivated to get around to it lol

they dont. but some forum members contracted some guys to do a production run of them after some modified ones that actually fit.
not sure if they're still gonna make any if you asked

The mesh grill can be purchased from 3800performance or pfyc.com and a few other vendors.

The mesh grilles in the op are not the same as the mesh ones on those sites. I really would like a set of the lowers.

GPO's are still made, contact that company. They quoted me 120 + shipping ready to paint. The honeycomb behind them is either custom or ill guess ebay. Bottom honeycomb is probably the dodge ram grill, modded.

Gpo's constantly show up in for sale section. usually around $70-$80. The tabs always seem to be broken though...
