• The site migration is complete! Hopefully everything transferred properly from the multiple decades old software we were using before. If you notice any issues please let me know, thanks! Also, I'm still working on things like chatbox, etc so hopefully those will be working in the next week or two.

Grill LEDs

I suspect that painting the inside of the grille tunnel piece white or silver may improve the ambient lighting level inside so it's not quite as dim. I'm not sure if you would notice that during the day, though. White may only look right on a white car if that's the case.

Ok I got the LEDs!
Now I'm freaking confused.
I know I can cut them into sections BUT how do I reconnect them to another power source???

Sorry it took a bit to get back, but for these you have two options based on what you're doing.
You can run a power/ground wire to each individual strip
OR
You can put extension wires between them (so they stay in one strip and maintain proper voltage)
If you're using any kind of controller you have to use this method unless it has multiple output.

You still have to solder right? If not, how do you reconnect them?

YOU COPYCAT!!!!!

I want to note that i am the first to do this like a year ago....
same place and color same everything(minus the car)

Lmfao......... I knew someone that did this back in 2004. You are far from being the first.

And I'd like to note that this guy is a loser for getting upset that someone "stole" his idea.

Not a fan of grill leds.
