Green Plug?

Found a green plug in the front bumper of my 04 today. I have no idea what it is for and it is not plugged into anything. Anyone know what it could be for?
 


Ambient Air temp sensor plug.

Edit:
$8 sensor from the dealer, will show temp on a 5 button DIC, unsure about 3 button.


Just incase anyone else didn't know what it was.
