speed daddy's aren't 360. You don't need a flex if you want to cheapen it up.

Was gunna say, I think they are still around 220ish on that ebay.

The magnaflow cat might still cause a rear o2 sensor code because of how well it flows. A "non fouler" trick might be needed, or you could use a different cat thats not has "high" flow.

Well I did see the SD headers on eBay for $220 but I don't think that includes a down pipe

It comes with its own downpipe
